Juicy and sweet, blueberries are packed with nutrition.
They are low in fat and an excellent source of fiber, vitamin C, manganese and antioxidants.
Researchers are looking at the role blueberries play in cardiovascular health and brain health and the role they may play in cancer prevention and insulin response.

Update for blueberry picking - Few blueberries left. Sunday, August 11th will be the last day for this season. A big THANK-YOU to all our customers. You are the best in the world!
Picking season usually starts in mid-July and can run through September, sometimes even into October, depending on the crop and thanks to our late variety.
Please call the farm in advance at 207.457.1151 to hear a recording that will confirm if we are open or if we have had to close for ripening.
Once our picking season begins, we are open 8 am-5 pm every day that we have enough ripe berries to be picked.
Occasionally, we have to close a few times to allow the blueberries to ripen. However, some seasons we don't need to close at all.
